In her installation-based pop-up exhibition "washed up," Münster-based artist Ælfleda Clackson explores the natural phenomenon of the "rockpool." While the ocean-side rock pool is completely filled at high tide, low tide regularly draws some of the water and the plants and organisms living within it out to sea. Some marine creatures remain in the pool during this constant process, while others are continually replaced or even return.

Translating this phenomenon into everyday realities provides the artist with inspiration for her artistic exploration. People, including many artists, regularly visit the hase29 art space, staying for shorter or longer periods, making artistic contributions, and staying longer to collaborate with the art association. Thus, existing spaces are constantly changing and new things are emerging. Ælfleda Clackson invites interested visitors to linger in her exhibition on the first weekend of September and engage in dialogue with other visitors, staff, or herself. The spatial installation is accompanied by a spherical soundscape.
